  : Only a nice design.
  : It wasn't clean between the beds as it was smelling like someone threw up and they didn't properly clean it. We asked for a spray. They gave us one, but we needed to go downstairs and pick it up ourselves. We also complained about the shower not having hot water (and it was a cold night). They didn't do anything about it. As they didn't have another room and it was late, we needed to stay in the same room. We asked for a refund in the same moment as well as in the morning (so we talked to 2 people), they reassured us that it is possible, but we would have to communicate with the booking.com support. When the support contacted them, the hotel didn't answer at all. So we only got a small refund from booking directly, but they can only give 10%. When the hotel finally answered to my message to please get back to me or the support to give us a refund, this was the answer: "type booking.com support in google you will find the support team over there". Okay wow, thank you very much for nothing! Very rude, unprofessional, they just didn't care and just lied to our face about the refund. Thank god it was only a one night stay. The room really looked nice, it was not a cheap hotel, but for sure they are acting like one! I hope booking will give them some kind of restriction. NOT recommended at all.
