  : Beds were very comfortable. Bathtub was clean and water got very hot. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker all worked. I was excited to see laundry facilities available.
  : "Breakfast" was just a bunch of doughnuts only, no milk or juice or fruit. I don't know how they can call it a breakfast without a beverage! I paid online but they couldn't find my payment, so I was double charged for the first night.

  : Office filthy rugs in room and office disgusting, if u didn’t ask to get room cleaned they didn’t do it had to ask each day and it was like they didn’t want to do it. Breakfast was old stale donuts or cookies sitting on counter in office. Sometimes a banana ... but that’s it worker at desk had to bring in microwave and coffee maker because they had been stolen.. microwave was filthy dirty...we could not wait to leave this place and we had 6 nights

  : Dirty.Had a bug in the bed. Wanted a 100 dollar deposit after I pre paid for the room. Had to change rooms because TV didn’t work. Place very dirty on the outside and not kept up.

  : The hotel decided to keep half my security deposit because they stated there were no towels left in the room after I checked out. The staff changed my reservation on this site, after I checked in and paid cash, from 2 days to 1 without giving me notification or a reason. There was no maid service at all on Sunday, and had to contact the front desk for clean towels at 11pm that night. I've contacted them twice over my security deposit, but no response on their part.

  : We asked everyday for they invoice and they never sent it. Very rude employees at their lobby. People living in cars in their parking lot.

  : The location was very centric an near to the principal turistic places.
  : The attention of the reception staff was very bad, impolite and zero friendly. I traveled for work and they never gave me the bill for the company, I kept waiting for the manager who was in charge of this and never arrived. They said they would send everything to the mail which they didn't send either. The attention of the staff and their unwillingness to help.
